VENDORS
Vendor Information
2026 Registration is now open.
Booth space is free, however, we ask that if you will be unable to attend, you let us know as soon as possible so we can assign your booth space to someone else. If you have specific questions please contact Nancy Douglas.
Please note:
- Priority will be given to those vendors who participated with us in the previous year when there are duplicate direct sales applications (for example, 2 Mary Kay representatives). Prior year vendors are asked to register by August 1 to give the Harvest Homecoming Fest committee time to seek other vendors if you should choose not to return.
- There is no vendor fee for participating in this year’s Harvest Homecoming Fest event, however, you WILL be responsible for collecting sales tax. Missouri law requires all vendors to have a sales tax license (those vendors age 65+ may be exempt). Click here for more information.
- We have local civic organizations serving lunch, water, soda, lemonade and tea. Snack vendors will be considered on a case by case basis to reduce duplication.
- Booths will be 10’x10′ with NO electricity.
- All booths must stay open from 9am – 2pm, with set-up complete and vehicles moved out by 8:45am.
